Warrant and contact details

The main screen contains the details of the warrant and the current balance. Warrat Manager's built in calculators maintain the balances as well as calculate levy and walking possession charges and are available when ever required.

Case Notes

A simple solution for keeping case notes is provided by the case notes editor, allowing your company to keep notes in your own style. The case notes can be extended as each event occurs. and can be printed as and when required.

Transaction details and balances

Transactions are dispalayed like a statement with debit, credit and running balance columns. Each transaction can be edited and the balances and arrears are recalculated automatically. A memo can be added to each transaction to help identify cheques etc. Two reporting options are available, one to print the current statement and a second to provide a split, or allocation report. This shows the current Client / Company allocation of payment and charges.

Send Letters

All correspondance is listed by date order in the letters section. Previously sent letters can be retrieved and reprinted if nessesary from the original saved data. A new letter can be sent by selecting it from the dropdown list on the popup form. The current details are automatically inserted and the letter printed to a local printer. Free format (one-off ) letters can be created by using the preview feature which also allows the letter to edited and then attached to the warrant in the attachment section.

Attachments

Documents can be attached to a warrant, which are then saved into the database along with the warrant. Any user can then retrieve the attachment and view the document.
